Careers

Careers at Yuanjia Supply Chain

We hire for chartering, operations, logistics and support functions — and develop our people through real responsibility from an early stage.

Working at Yuanjia

Close to the market, close to the work

Shipping is a business of relationships and detail. Our teams sit close to the work: fixing vessels, handling documents, solving problems at ports. New joiners work alongside experienced colleagues and take on live cargoes quickly — with support, and with standards.

We keep hierarchies short. Decisions are made close to the market, and good ideas travel quickly regardless of who has them.

What We Look For

The people who fit here

Commitment to service

Our clients rely on us under time pressure. We look for people who treat responsiveness as a professional duty.

Attention to detail

Charter parties, bills of lading and disbursement accounts leave no room for carelessness.

Commercial sense

Understanding what a fixture, a rate or a delay actually costs is part of the job at every level.

Team players

Cargo moves across desks, offices and time zones. So does our work.

Willingness to learn

Markets change. The people who last in this industry are the ones who keep studying it.

What we offer: structured training in chartering, operations and trade documentation; early responsibility on live shipments and fixtures; international exposure through our network of offices and agents; and a working environment where performance is visible and rewarded.
